Our coworker, Prof. Miran Mozetič, obtained an extension of the already successfully completed project L2-2616 Selected area functionalization of polymeric components by gaseous plasma, which was financed by ARIS and co-financed by Elvez d.o.o. In this extension of the project, we will conduct industrial research to determine the correlation between the degree of functionalisation and the adhesion of a coating to plasma-treated polymer materials. The research envisaged within this project extension forms the basis for breakthrough results that will enable a competitive advantage on the global market.
