Two members of our research program group (P2-0082), Janez Kovač (Department F4) and Aljaž Drnovšek (Department F3), participated at the AVS 69th International Symposium and Exhibition (AVS 69) in Portland, Oregon, USA. They said, “We enjoyed a large conference with 2500 participants presenting new directions and opportunities for vacuum-based technologies.”
